Responsibilities
Formulate and implement sales & marketing strategies and be accountable for the achievement of sales and business goals
Build the business by identifying/pursuing corporate/SMEs prospects and generating market awareness of The Leadership Institute’s services
Devise inside sales plans for B2B companies
Schedule and attend sales meetings with clients
Develop business proposals for clients
Manage client projects
Provide sales training and mentorship for interns and junior sales staff
Requirements
Relevant working experience in the sales
Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
Plan, research and develop training curriculum, assessments and materials for WSQ courses for Employability Skills, Business Management, Service Excellence WSQ Frameworks
Create and get approval for WSQ Course accreditation for select courses
Design and develop blended learning curriculum

Requirements
Must have a WSQ Diploma in Adult Continuing Education (DACE) with experience in curriculum development
Strong working knowledge in Microsoft Office
Experience in adult education instructional design and apply adult learning theories in the creation of blended learning solutions
Good knowledge in WSQ frameworks, with experience in WSQ Courseware development and accreditation
Familiar with various delivery models.
Strong adaptability and resourceful individual with a keen desire to innovate
Ability to work within deadlines
Demonstrate strong instructional writing skills

Produce and edit multimedia videos and images for marketing materials for in-house needs and clients

We are looking for 3 energetic and highly motivated trainer to:
Conduct soft-skills training in areas such as customer service, leadership, team-building and various professional soft-skills development programme.
Conduct analytics skills training in areas such as corporate finance, financial reporting, and analysis & quantitative methods.
Conduct marketing training in areas such as digital marketing, research methodologies, competitor research and consumer research.
