Business and Ethical Conduct of Staff

 

As part of The Leadership Institute Pte. Ltd.’s continuous review of our internal business and ethical practices, we are writing to remind learners of the importance of our strict adherence and compliance with the SkillsFuture Singapore’s (SSG) mandate and regulations.

All staff at The Leadership Institute Pte. Ltd. adheres to high standards of professional integrity and personal conduct. They are to avoid placing themselves in matters where a conflict of interest may arise and are to declare these types of situations to their supervisor.

To reinforce our commitment to a culture of integrity and transparency within the organisation, We have in place a whistle blowing policy and reporting mechanism to facilitate the reporting of fraud and wrongdoing of staff.

If you have:

  • Enrolled in and attended Singapore Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) courses and modules offered by the The Leadership Institute Pte. Ltd. under duress and coercion;

  • Received any monies, or entered into any agreement for payment for attending the courses or modules conducted by The Leadership Institute Pte. Ltd.; AND/OR

  • Any matters pertaining to fraud and wrongdoing that result in the false representation of SkillsFuture Workforce Singapore Qualifications (SSG WSQ) courses or modules offered by The Leadership Institute Pte. Ltd.
